Tired of replacing your battery every season or two? When a battery is not used for 3 weeks or longer, the battery can discharge enough that your engine won’t start. The reason for this is the plates inside the battery start to “sulfate” causing the battery to discharge. One way of extending the life of a “infrequently used battery” is hook up a battery tender. The battery tender can be left connected to the battery so it will stay fully charged and ready for you when you are ready for it! Just plug it in to a nearby electrical outlet when you park your unit and you can be sure that the battery will crank like a new one the next time you are ready to ride.
Have you ever experienced a torn CV Boot? Why not keep from having to replace the entire axle by replacing the torn cv boot as soon as you notice it. Most cv boots can be replaced for under $125.00 + tax (as compared to over $300 for the entire axle).
