Greeson's Finance Department
It's as simple as this:
- Submit your credit application to Greeson's (online, phone, in-store). Greeson’s never “shotguns” your credit file. We select 1-3 lenders who would be most interested in making you an offer and go straight to them.
- National and Local Lenders approve your loan (Greeson's negotiates on your behalf for the best rates and terms).
- Loan approval based on credit worthiness. If you don’t qualify for the loan then consider getting a co-buyer to help you out…someone who has a long history of good credit.
- If approved, our finance manager will communicate the approval terms with you. Then you will sign your loan documents and take your new purchase home - usually the same day!
The more you know about your credit, the more prepared you are to make good choices when borrowing money.
